TIPS FOR YOU!
Doctors' Appointment Hours start at 8:30 am. Patients with appointments have
priority over walk in patients. Emergencies are seen immediately during office hours. If you want
to come in without an appointment for an examination, you may either wait for a doctor to see you
or leave your pet for a day admission (no extra fee). Day admissions are accepted until 3pm, but we
advise leaving your pet before 9 am to be sure we have time to see it. Filling out a
Day Admission Form in
advance will save you a lot of time.
Every other Friday, we close for an hour from 11 am to noon for medical education
meetings for the entire staff. You may leave us a message by phone, but the building will be closed
during the meeting.
Saturday appointments can book up early in the preceeding week, so it is best to
call as early as you can.
If you plan to come in to see a technician for a minor procedure, such as a nail
trim, a blood test, or a vaccination, we recommend coming in 10 am to 4 pm Monday through
Friday to avoid the busiest times.
Our Sunday hour is mainly for picking up
boarding guests. You can also get products, prescriptions, and diets then. If you want to see the
veterinarian on call, then an emergency fee will be charged. Please call our office (803-366-1950)
before 5 pm to set it up ahead of time.
