Prescription Refill Request This is where you can order prescrition refills for your pets from the comfort of your home. To use this service, your pet must be a current patient registered with us. In most cases, your companion must have been seen for an examination within the last 12 months. In some cases it is necessary to have been seen in the last 6 months. Other medications can be refilled only after periodic blood tests to verify there are no harmful effects from taking the medicine. We will let you know when we contact you back. You should receive your order in 3-4 days after you receive confirmation, which takes 24 hours Monday through Friday, and 48 hours Saturday and Sunday. Please leave us a phone number that you can answer during our business hours for confirmation and to give us the credit card you wish to use. Do not put a credit card number on this form; it is not a certified secure page. The cost for mailing is $6.50 for all orders. Feel free to order heartworm medications, wormers, flea products, shampoos, dental products, etc. here, too. We can send you anything we keep in stock. Just indicate all items being ordered in the medication box below. Be sure to mention the milligram size and size package. If you ever have trouble getting your pet to take medications, do let us know. Most pharmaceuticals will not work properly if doses are missed. We have many options for changing medications into flavored liquids, chewables, and sometimes into transdermal skin pastes. We can also send you Pill Pockets®, which many folks love because their pets love them, too!
