SENTINEL (Novartis) An oral chewable tablet for

FLEA STOPPERS This is a salt of orthoboric acid that is sprinkled in the carpets, upholstery, and wood flooring to dry out the flea stages found there (egg, larva, pupa). Rel- atively safe, long-lasting, and effective. One year guarantee!

SIPHOTROL AREA SPRAY (Vet Kem) This is not a bomb, but a mist you direct where you want it. Has pyrethrins and a flea growth regulator.

IN THE YARD

DIAZANON GRANULES Of all the yard insecticides, this is probably the preferred one. The best reason to use it is the resistance to being washed away in the rain. Apply every other month April to July. Late in the flea season (Aug to Oct), apply monthly. Found at most garden supply stores.
