Urinary Issues in Cats – They are common. Here’s what you need to know! | ||
They are the easily stressed, finicky, sensitive creatures we know and love. Now what do you do when your kitty is having urinary issues? Here’s what you need to know:
Many cats can develop a condition known as iFLUTD- Idiopathic (meaning not knowing why it originated) Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease. Symptoms can include straining to urinate, blood in the urine, frequent urinations, and more. Having your kitty checked by our veterinarians can help to determine if your cat is suffering from iFLUTD. An exam and urinalysis is usually the first step. Learn more about this condition athttps://ebenezervets.com/pet- As always, call us if you have questions or are concerned about your kitty! |

Many of you know our groomer, Sheila, but what do you really know about her other than she makes your pets beautiful?Sheila has been with EAH since 2004. She is a proud mom of two grown kids, and a grandma to five little ones! She loves spending time with (and spoiling!) her grandkids at any given opportunity. She is also a mom to five rescued dogs (Emma, Dottie, Biddie, Oz, and Zach), who take up much of her time and her house!Sheila is in the process of moving into a new house, and is looking forward to having a bit more space for her family than she currently does! In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors- particularly kayaking and fishing. The mountains and the beach call her name whenever possible, but when she’s settled at home she enjoys refinishing antiques and furniture in general.
Next time you are in EAH, please say hi to Sheila. And whether your pet is in need of a simple bath or a full groom, Sheila is your lady! |
