The latest and greatest from EAH!  What’s new??
There are lots of exciting things going on at Ebenezer Animal Hospital, and we are so glad to have you with us!  Here’s the latest and greatest:

  • The EAH Charity Dogwash on May 31st raised over $1,300, going towardsProject Safe Pet‘s spay/neuter mission and the EAH Good Samaritan Fund.  Our staff volunteers bathed over 70 dogs and we raffled off great items to raise money for these great causes.  THANK YOU to all of our wonderful clients who came out to support our fundraiser.  We couldn’t have done it without you!
  • The May hail storm hit (literally!) EAH hard!  Not only did it cause roof damage to our hospital, but several employee vehicles had significant damage!  We had leaks in the hospital as a result of the hail, and recently got a new roof!  Thankfully the new roof was completed quickly, with minimal disruption to our clients and patients.  If you were in the hospital during those few days, thank you for your patience! 🙂
  • EAH is now on Pinterest, Instagram (@ebenezeranimalhospital), Twitter (@ebenezerAH), and Facebook. Please find us, follow us, and share with your friends!

October

Howl-o-ween Costume Contest!

EAH will be hosting a Halloween costume contest in late October! Details about this event will be released in the next few months, but start thinking now about what your pet should wear for Howl-o-ween! Whether the costumes are adorable or scary… clever or silly… We love when animals can dress up and have a good time! 🙂

EAH Highlighted Staff Member – Dr. Ryn Marlowe!
EAH welcomed Dr. Ryn Marlowe in January of this year, and we are so glad to have her! She was born and raised in Charlotte, NC, and received her undergraduate and veterinary degree with honors at NCSU, thus making her an avid Wolfpack fan! She has an interest in exotic care, preventative care, and internal medicine.  Dr. Marlowe is also currently taking courses to become certified in veterinary accupuncture for small animals, and will be able to start offering this service at Ebenezer in 2015!  She currently has three dogs, two cats, and a ball python!
