"I just wanted to thank Doctors and staff at Ebenezer for squeezing us in for an appointment for Jupiter the ball python yesterday. I'm so glad I trusted my gut and brought him in. Upon leaving the vet, we went out and completely upgraded Jupiter's housing. Since changing her bedding, providing a warmer bulb for his hot spot, and increasing his humidity, Jupiter has been so happy and active! Prior to bringing him in, he was lethargic and apparently unhappy. His head is almost 90% clear and his eyes are no longer white and crusty, rather clear and shiny. I can't even begin to explain the difference in his behavior. I am forever grateful that your staff took the time to see him and help educate us on a superior habitat. Thank you ever so much!"
